Last Year I Heard That Google Had A University To Learn Seo And Ad Words But I Can Find Any Links To It?

I thought it was called Google University? and it ran one or two day courses. but now i can’t find it at all. Any ideas?

Someone told me that the best amount of words for the WORK YOU DO for SEO is 300-600 is that true?
