I thought it was called Google University? and it ran one or two day courses. but now i can’t find it at all. Any ideas?

I have a site where i use graphics for the first 7 links then text links afterwards. I’m aware that these graphic links can’t be read by spiders but how important is it? I’m trying to get onto page 1 of google,im on page 1 of all other engines but am stuck on page [...] I heard that if you get sites to link to you then you will get good search engine rankings. But if I have hundreds of links on many different websites (that I posted) such as Ebay,forums and message boards,will that also increase my ranking because I have many links? With Commission Junction,and I think Shareasale,they always ask you if you want the link encrypted and/or hidden before you get your html code. I think I read Google frowns on one or both of those methods but I can’t remember exactly? Anyone have experience/knowledge/thoughts on this? |   | ||||
